Narrative Intelligence Platform

Invisible threat actors are rewriting what the world believes

Critical global, political, and financial narratives are being manipulated on the platforms that train AI and shape public understanding.

NPOV makes narrative manipulation visible.

How We Investigate Work With Us

We surface the attacks others can't see

NPOV investigates narrative manipulation, influence operations, and coordinated campaigns shaping information at the infrastructure layer. We surface attacks by tracking threat actors, mapping networks, and connecting narratives as they travel through the platforms the world depends on.

Track threat actors

Identify and monitor the actors orchestrating coordinated narrative manipulation across platforms

Map networks

Trace the connections between accounts, campaigns, and platforms to reveal the full scope of influence operations

Connect narratives

Follow manipulated narratives as they propagate through Wikipedia, Reddit, ChatGPT, and the wider information environment

Where the manipulation happens

The real battleground isn't social media. It's the platforms that determine what people know, what AI believes, and what shows up when you search.

Wikipedia

The #1 Google result for most topics and the reference source for journalists, policymakers, and the public. Coordinated edit networks quietly rewrite the narrative on any page.

Reddit

One of the largest sources of human-generated content on the web and a primary training source for AI models. Coordinated campaigns seed narratives that become permanent.

AI systems

ChatGPT, Gemini, and every major language model learn from the open web. Once a manipulated narrative enters the training pipeline, it becomes hard-coded into the systems billions rely on.

Core Investigations

These investigations reveal how coordinated campaigns reshape narratives on the platforms the world depends on.

J.K. Rowling Wikipedia investigation

The Campaign Against J.K. Rowling

A coordinated Wikipedia editing campaign led by TarnishedPath slapped a neutrality dispute box on J.K. Rowling's entry in an effort to brand the author as "anti-trans." The operation is part of a broader pattern of ideological gatekeeping on the platform, where a small number of editors control how public figures are presented to billions of readers and the AI systems that learn from Wikipedia.

Gang of 40 Wikipedia investigation

The Gang of 40: Wikipedia's Pro-Hamas Edit Network

A coordinated campaign led by around 40 Wikipedia editors worked to delegitimize Israel, present radical Islamist groups favorably, and position fringe academic views as mainstream. Six weeks after October 7, one editor successfully removed mention of Hamas' 1988 charter — which calls for the killing of Jews — from the article on Hamas. The investigation triggered Wikipedia's largest-ever arbitration case.

Iran Wikipedia infiltration investigation

Wikipedia as Iran's Information Battleground

NPOV documented how Iranian state-linked influence operations penetrated Wikipedia's content, sourcing, and media layers. The investigation traces high-volume editorial control, source replacement, and mass media uploads used to reshape the historical record during the 2025-2026 protest crackdown.

Reddit propaganda investigation

Does Reddit Have a Propaganda Problem?

Reddit has become one of the most influential upstream sources of AI training data — what gets upvoted today becomes the answer AI provides tomorrow. NPOV documented two large-scale manipulation campaigns: a propaganda network linked to U.S.-designated terror organizations operating across 110+ subreddits, and a coordinated astroturfing campaign that swept through major sports communities to ban links to X.

The manipulation is happening now

Coordinated campaigns are actively reshaping narratives on the platforms the world depends on. Don't wait until the damage is permanent.
